Bags for the LG-C1/P100

I'm a big bag fan. I'm constantly on the hunt for the perfect bag and have more than 20 laptop bags. At the moment for the LG P100 I'm actually using a sleeve from STM that was originally designed for a 12 inch Powerbook.

It's called the Glove I think. The LG is smaller than the powerbook and sits a bit loose in the case but it protects it well.

I use the glove if I am carrying the P100 alone. If I need to cary other stuff as wel the I've gone fairly big and I take a backpack, but a smallish backpack though.

It's the Evolution Small from STM and it's a nice unit. The ifrst one I bought the velcro on the laptop pocket came away from the lining after a few days use but the store exchanged it no problems and the new one shows some signs of the velcro coming away but has stood up to daily abuse now for 5 months. I think the velcro stiching is not very robust but the rest of the pack has beenfine. Except for the so called all weather zips which are zippers with some sort of rubber coating on the outside of the zip. This coating has perished quite quickly and probably won't resist water anymore. I think it's a newish technology and doesn't last so well. That said the bag comes with an all weather cover that tucks away into the bottom of the bag and that will do fine for even heavy rain (I've tested it :)).

Wow those builtNY sleeves are some funky colours! Very similar to the STM range I'd say in build quality.
