I got a question about the lid of the P100 and it's shiny finish and scratches. I have uploaded some pic's to hopefully explain.
When you have an incredibly shiny piano black finish (known as such because it's like a grand piano) you are going to see manuafacturing marks in certain lights. These are scratches but they occur in the polishing process I guess.
In normal room light the lid looks like a beautiful black surface, very sexy. In bright harsh sunlight you'll see marks. It's like the finish on a car. If you look at the roof of any really clean black car in direct sunlight you'll see the same thing.
