I do love the look of this device:

Phone, MID, car PC, portable TV, small netbook?

Mac Netbook? Steve says not coming and frankly who cares

I have been reading about Apple and the talk with Steve Jobs about not entering the Netbook market. There are so many choices in that market that who really cares if Mac gets into it? Not I.

What value would an Apple Netbook add to the segment? OSX? Well we have an alternative to Windows and that's the netbook Linux.

The Air was without precendent and so was the TAM, Cube, Lampshade iMac, so there was a reason for making these showoff things but the netbook market is flooded already and I think we have enough.

Bring on the Mactablet though as it's a section of the market that could do with some innovation the likes of which Apple may be able to bring; but maybe not with Jobs at the helm.
